    By purchasing and participating in The Pioneer Membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all membership levels and benefits associated with The Pioneer event series.
  1. Surveys
    Participation in Pioneer surveys is free and open to all. Surveys do not require a membership and may be used to gather feedback and improve event experiences.
  1. Membership Levels and Costs
    The Pioneer Membership offers multiple levels with associated costs. The benefits of each level vary and are detailed at the time of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable.
  1. Giveaways
    The type and value of giveaways provided to members will be determined based on the total number of memberships purchased. Giveaway details will be announced accordingly.
  1. Ticket Discounts
    All Pioneer Members are eligible for discounts on event tickets. The discount amount varies by membership level. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  1. Event Registration
    Members must register for the specific performance(s) they wish to attend, based on their membership level. Registration must be completed before the event to secure entry.
  1. Contest, Concert, and Christmas Party Registration
    All members must register in advance to participate in contests, concerts, and the annual Christmas Party. Registration deadlines and requirements will be communicated via email and the official Pioneer website.
  1. Overdrive Race League Discounts
    Only Heritage and Legacy membership holders are eligible for discounts on Overdrive Race League entries. Standard members do not qualify for this benefit.
  1. Membership Card and Pioneer Gifts
    Each member will receive a Pioneer Membership Card and exclusive Pioneer gifts. These items will be shipped within 30 days of membership activation. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability.
  1. Modifications and Termination
    The Pioneer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program and its benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated via official channels.
